AETERNUS Explain French Gig Cancellation

December 4, 2003

Ares of Norwegian metallers AETERNUS has posted the following message regarding the group's recent gig cancellation in Rennes, France:

"This is a message to our fans and friends in France/Rennes! This show was cancelled on tour due to conditions none of the three bands [AETERNUS, 1349 and RED HARVEST] could do anything about. It was simply impossible to proceed and do this gig! We are truly sorry and hopefully we can get a chance to make it up to you all next time we come to France on tour. Sometimes, things like this can happen and it is not good for anyone though it's also just the way it is at times. Luckily not often! So, again our apologies to you all in Rennes/France and whoever out there who traveled far to see us there."

AETERNUS are currently working on the material for their sixth studio album, tentatively due in mid-2004 through Nocturnal Art Productions.
